Our Service Promise
Net-Consulting International has a working principle based on continuous improvement.
We keep abreast of legislative changes, maintain close contact with our clients
and contractors, follow industry developments and listen to any feedback to improve
our service.
When asked on a recent survey, what contractors disliked about recruitment companies
they outlined three areas;
- no feedback on their CV’s
- terms and conditions changing
- being contacted for irrelevant positions that don’t suit their experiences
No Feedback on CV's
I know it can be frustrating not to be kept up to date with your applications, however
80% of CV’s we receive from our job adverts are not relevant to the position that
we are advertising for.
If we would contact everyone that sent a CV, it would almost be impossible to get
any work done, finding you a job. Once we have processed your CV only those people short listed will be contacted, you will receive an email to that effect.
Sometimes we do not even get feedback from our clients for two weeks and for us
to call all our applicants with no real feedback we would never have the time to
find our contractors new projects. However, we will always answer an email from
you. If for some reason you do not, I would like to hear from you.
Terms and conditions changing
We have a very detailed and structured recruitment process which we believe is second
to none. It is company policy to take a full and detailed job specification
which covers over 50 points when we are given the requirement by our clients, that
way we know exactly what our clients are looking for.
Sometimes however, we only get a few words which we can do nothing about, especially
as some of our clients do not allow us to speak to their technical managers to find
out exactly what they are looking for. Sometimes we do not even get a rate, we are
asked to submit your expectations, this can make the whole process more difficult
but again, unfortunately that’s the way some of our clients work.
However, even with a full job specification, when our clients change the terms and
conditions of the project, there is little we can do. We do try everything
we can to make sure this does not happen so please be patient.
Being contacted for irrelevant positions
We realise that you are very busy and it can be very frustrating being asked about
your interest in projects that are irrelevant and do not match your experience.
We have quality processes in place and a state of the art database to make sure
all questions asked are relevant.
When we have them, we use a full job specification from our clients outlining the
key skills they are looking for, we then input this data into our database and it
comes up with the best candidates for the job. We will then contact you and discuss
the position in detail.
However as I have already mentioned sometimes the information we get from our clients
is very limited so again please be patient we do try our very best to get as much
information as possible about the project.
