Our Service Promise
Net-Consulting International has a working principle based on continuous improvement.
We keep abreast of legislative changes, maintain close contact with our clients
and contractors, follow industry developments and listen to any feedback to improve
our service.
When asked on a recent survey, what clients dislike about recruiter approaches,
they outlined three areas;
• Over Familiarity
• Too Many calls
• Asking inappropriate questions.
No Familiarity
At Net-Consulting we will always address you by your title and will not use your
first name unless otherwise agreed with you. At the end of the conversation we will
arrange a date to speak again, so you will expect our call. You will not get another
call until the agreed date.
Some clients disliked the 'best friend approach' as used by some recruiters. At
Net-Consulting, it is not our intention to become our clients 'best friend', our
aim to offer you a high service level on a mutually professional basis. Whilst all
our consultants are friendly they will treat you with respect and courtesy.
Too many Recruiter calls
The reason why a lot of clients get too many recruiter calls is because agencies
still pay commission based on the amount of sales they achieve. They are therefore
motivated by money. We do not pay commission based on sales at Net-Consulting. We
pay the commision based on their professionalism and the feedback we get from you
our clients. We send
out a regular client and candidate surveys and this serves
as a tool to promote a friendly, professional, knowledgeable and committed consultant
working towards your businesses needs.
Inappropriate Questions
We realise that our clients are very busy and it can be very frustrating being asked questions that are irrelevant, much the same as receiving inappropriate CV's to
your requirements.
We have quality processes in place to make sure
all questions asked are relevant. We use a full job specification, to make sure we have all the
relevant information we need to find the perfect candidate every time. A copy of

We provide a service excellence by ensuring that candidates are thoroughly checked
to meet and exceed customer requirements, with on-time delivery results through
our state of the art tracking tool.
